Cancellation Policy
At Waters of Wisdom Life & Spiritual Coaching, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. To ensure that we can continue offering personalized, high-quality services to all of our clients, we ask that you please review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellation Policy: 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel your coaching session, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to open up your spot for another client in need of support. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No-Show: If you miss your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling with 48-Hour Notice: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will be happy to find another time that works for both of us. Rescheduling within 48 Hours: If you reschedule within 48 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies may arise. If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms, which allow us to continue providing the best service to you and others.
